Position: Junior Investigation & Enforcement

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: LLB(Law) Degree from recognized University.

Work Experience: Not Required

The purpose of the job is to oversees compliance is maintained with the relevant laws and regulations at all levels and by the Exchange, Members and clients. Investigates any breaches in compliance and prepares investigation reports. Provides day to day legal advice on the Exchange’s activities to the Exchange departments and units.
