Job Description
Manage daily operation of the Rooms Division
Lead, guide and direct the efforts of the team
Solve operational problems and ensure continuity in the service during your shift
Provide support to Cluster Rooms Division Director in the daily operational duties.
Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Lead and manage all aspects of the Rooms departments and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
Maximize rooms revenue through participating in yield management meetings and implementing supporting agreed upon Revenue Management strategies and practices

Qualifications
Fluent in English and Arabic. Russian and French will be an added advantage
Previous relevant experience
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remain calm and courteous under pressure
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Confident Opera user
