Document Controller Job – Lucy Electric Jebel Ali

Role overview
We are looking for Document Controller – Temp Role – for 3 months to support the HR team in digitizing and organizing the employee details for Lucy Middle East and Lucy Switchgear FZE.
In this role you will create and maintain an accurate data and record management system for all employees for both the companies.

The position is responsible to:
To update document checklist for all employees of UAE
To digitise all documents in separate folders for all employees and dependents
To check and maintain the physical files for all employees
Prepare an updated checklist for each employee file
To prepare master data for employees with all information available.
To undertake any other administrative duties and responsibilities as required / instructed in order to maintain and / or improve the efficiency, quality and service provided by the HR Department.
Ensure all activities are in compliance with the standards and the region laws that govern Lucy’s scope of work.
To maintain absolute confidentiality of employee data handled.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: – Graduate with computer efficiency, especially in Microsoft Excel.
Minimum Experience: 4-5 years’ experience as document controller.

Should be on spouse’s parents/self-visa
