Dispatching Executive Job Description:
Qualitative and quantitative receipt of goods, preparation of appropriate documentation for each shipment
• Systematic and physical placement of materials in the warehouse
• Respect and work according to the IFS standard.
• Arranges and maintains the warehouse space and is managed according to the basic FIFO rule
• Sends the stocks and aligns them according to the needs of the production process
• Preparation of materials for the current production according to a given order
• Preparation of the finished product, (labeling, stretching) and loading of goods for export
• Maintaining hygiene in the warehouse

Job Requirements:
Preferable, but not necessary previous work experience in a warehouse
• Basic knowledge of computer work (data entry, Word, Excel)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Expressed self-initiative and independence in work
