Hiring a Collections Officer for Sharjah.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify outstanding account receivables.
- Take actions in order to encourage timely payments.
- Resolve customer credit issues.
- Investigate historical data for debts and bills.
- Process payments and refunds.
- Contact customers and discuss their overdue payments.
- Submit reports on collection activities and progress to Senior Accountant.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Previous experience in a Collections or Credit Control role.
- Ability to work with targets.
