Hiring a Collections Officer for Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify outstanding account receivables.
  • Take actions in order to encourage timely payments.
  • Resolve customer credit issues.
  • Investigate historical data for debts and bills.
  • Process payments and refunds.
  • Contact customers and discuss their overdue payments.
  • Submit reports on collection activities and progress to Senior Accountant.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Previous experience in a Collections or Credit Control role.
  • Ability to work with targets.
