Job Opportunity: Civil Supervisor

Multipurpose Mixed Development Role
Duration: 1 year (extendable)
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in buildings and infrastructure projects within the GCC
Language Skills: Proficiency in English
Location: Qatar
Availability: Locally available candidates with valid QID & NOC, able to join on short notice

Qatar Driving License: An added advantage

Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage construction activities on-site for the Multipurpose Mixed Development role.
Ensure that construction work is executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor and manage the progress of construction activities to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with various stakeholders including engineers, contractors, and project management teams.
Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure their compliance with project requirements.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues that may arise during construction.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards on-site.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for project management.

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Proven experience of at least 5 years in supervising buildings and infrastructure projects in the GCC region.
Strong site execution skills and knowledge of construction processes.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Qatar driving license will be considered an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Qatar residents with valid QID & NOC, available to join at short notice, are encouraged to apply.
