Job Profile:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Cargo Manager to join our team and spearhead the growth and expansion of our cargo business. As a Cargo Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire cargo business, overseeing day-to-day operations, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance our services and market presence.

Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all aspects of the cargo business, including operations, sales, customer service, and logistics coordination.
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the cargo business and expand market share.
Collaborate with partner airlines, clients, and logistics service providers to ensure smooth operations and maximize business opportunities.
Oversee the cargo team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business development and innovation.
Implement and maintain effective processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the cargo and logistics industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including airlines, government authorities, suppliers, and customers.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the cargo team.

SKILLS DESIRED:
Proven experience in cargo management, preferably in the aviation or logistics industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
