Overview of the role:
The primary focus of the role will be to manage F&I (Finance and Insurance) process and sales within the branch network.

What you will do:
Ownership of end-to-end Finance and Insurance performance and results.
Assisting with selling the maximum number of New and used vehicles.
Optimize the sales of value-added products.
Optimize the sales of conventional and Islamic Finance products.
Manage customer engagement.
Ensure all customer data is effectively recorded on to Fastrack.
Manage documentation flow between hub staff and Finance and Insurance.
Work with the Showroom Manager/Showroom supervisor to achieve all targets.

Required Skills to be successful:
1.- Finance and Insurance experience in automotive.
2.- Customer management experience.
3.- Data management.
4.- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

About the Team:
Reporting to the Dealer Principal and will work closely with the Sales team and internal and external stakeholders.

What equips you for the role:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
6 years’ Finance and Insurance experience within automotive.
Data management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
