Job Description
– Assist clients in structuring and executing project finance transactions.
– Provide legal support in Islamic finance matters, ensuring compliance with Shari’ah principles.
– Conduct legal research, draft contracts, and review documentation.
– Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their business needs.
– Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams for successful transaction execution.

The Successful Applicant
– 2-5 years PQE, preferably with a common law qualification.
– Expertise in project finance and Islamic finance transactions.
