Job Description:
Responsible for liaising with all levels of customers regarding their queries on product, quotes, orders, order status, dispatch details and other request
Responsible for providing customers with complete and accurate product specifications, Liaise with workshop/store regarding the availability of stock, Specifications, quotations, delivery Schedules, etc.
Responsible for checking specifications and quotes prior to order placement
Provide internal assistance when needed with Accounts Receivables in the collection of outstanding invoices
Responsible for preparing sales order report; Providing guidelines and training for improvising the customer service
Develop and maintain effective marketing and public relations strategy to promote the product/services of company
Building long term relationship with key stakeholders, gain industry knowledge through communication and research
Arranging and participating in meetings with clients; Ensure client requests are responded on time with accuracy
Coordinate with production to support and ensure completion of job on time
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
