About The Role
The Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for supporting the Manager with the efficient sourcing, selection and onboarding of high caliber candidates within their specific divisions adhering to the preferred specifications set out by the business. The assistant manager is responsible for supporting the hiring and on-boarding process for all candidates in a timely manner, minimizing disruption to the operation of Atlantis, Dubai

About You
Our ideal candidate will have 3 years’ experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition management position for a 5* hotel or renowned restaurant group. A proven track record in successfully headhunting and mass hiring in a busy, high volume environment is advantageous.
