DESCRIPTION
Hiring a Warehouse supervisor for Sharjah.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and ensuring they are understood and practised by the team at all times.
- Supervise and control order picking, goods in, and goods out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
- Organize, facilitate and manage stock takes at regular intervals.
- Identify errors and eliminate the root causes.
- Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the Company’s procedures and requirements.
- Sustain the corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues.
- Supervise the warehouse team and manage the day to day warehouse operations.
- Monitor stock levels in order to highlight minimum and excess levels and therefore prevent part shortages.
- Control of Fork Lift Truck management to ensure full operational capacity and achieve daily targets.
- Update the KPI record on monthly basis.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration or equivalent.
- Three to five years experience as a warehouse supervisor.
- Dynamic and confident individual.
- Attention to details.
- Customer management skills.
