Shift patterns: Monday – Friday 8am- 4pm
Location: Bury St Edmunds – IP31 2BG

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an Admin Clerk to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Assist compliance with the terms and conditions of the relevant HMRC approvals as directed
• Submission of timely and accurate duty returns to HMRC in Inventory Managers absence
• Develop a sound functional awareness of the HMRC legislation applicable to the role
• Engage in and support the Inventory Manager
• Writing and continuous improvement of work instructions relating to the Bond Function
• Accurate and timely receipt of returns onto WMS system.
• Maintain accurate stock figures by cycle counts of product.
• Analyse and investigate stock discrepancies.

• DHL Supply Chain / Logistics operations – desirable, not essential
• Experience of operational process and controls
• Previous experience within an admin role
• Customer service experience
• Good IT skills
• Stock management desirable
