Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the after-sales service for Car Renting customers.
- Watch over the FCR index (First Contact Resolution); calls, emails and RRSS.
- Generate tailored solutions for different situations with customers after the purchase.
- Supervise the resolution of conflicts in relation to Contracts, Workshops, Spare Parts, Guarantees.
- Supervise external workshops to optimize times and quality of service.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in after-sales services.
- Ideally have experience in the automotive industry.
- High service orientation and customer service.
- High capacity for conflict resolution and coordination.
