Job Responsibilities:
- Support in feeding the ERP system in relation to the Human Resources module.
- Support in the reception and review of payroll news at the National Office level.
- Perform affiliations to the entire social security system of the DRC staff in the National Office, as well as review and monitor contributions and inconsistencies Provide support to the area and management of employee benefits (Prepaid Medicine, Compensation Fund, among others)
- Preparation of contract documents (contracts and Other Yes) of the staff of the National Office

Job Requirements:
- Support the Human Resources Officer and Development Specialist in administrative tasks related to the Performance Evaluation Process, training and induction of the organization. (schedule inductions, follow up on performance evaluations, register in the ERP
- Support in base reception activities and updating of national office organization charts
- Provide logistical support in the development of OHS, well-being and learning and development activities (invitations, attendance control, materials, etc.)
