Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Institutional Activities in his functions;
- Know the needs in the countries where the organization operates in order to present and promote new project proposals;
- Support for the definition, implementation and evaluation of intervention strategies in the assigned geographical area;
- In coordination with the Projects Office and the staff abroad, draw up new project proposals in response to specific calls;
- Support to the management of the team of Country Coordinators;
- Control and monitoring of compliance with the administrative procedures of the Headquarters;
- Management of the first phases of the project in synergy with local or expatriate staff;
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of projects (also through monitoring missions);
Job Requirements:
- Degree in economics, political science, international cooperation sciences;
- Interest and in-depth knowledge of issues such as childhood, rights, cooperation, emergency and the fight against poverty;
- Work experience in Italy in a similar position;
- Knowledge of the rules and procedures of the main national and international donors
