Job Information:
- Configure workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices such as routers and printers;
- Check computer hardware (HDD, mice and keyboards) to ensure functionality;
- Install and configure appropriate ‘software’ and functions as specified;
- Develop and maintain local networks in order to optimize performance;
- Ensure security and privacy of computer networks and systems;
Job Requirements:
- Provide training and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment;
- Degree: Information Technology or similar areas;
- Experience Required: 1-3 Years;
- Mastery of the English language;
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills;
- Run diagnostics to discover faults and resolve issues (repair or replace components, debug);
- Maintain records/histories of repairs, corrections and maintenance schedules;
- Identify insufficiencies of computer equipment or networks and make the necessary orders.
