- Supplier management and payment
- Shopping record withholding register
- Petty cash management
- Analysis of documentation for registration of settlements of travel expenses, advance payments of events and others, in the accounting system
Job Requirements:
- Control and management of accounting and administrative files
- Activation and labeling of fixed assets
- Good management of office packages
- Advanced level knowledge of Excel
- Minimum experience of 2 years
