Job Information:
- Responsible for compliance with the Life Cycle of the customer service area. 100% compliance with life cycle tasks that include account monitoring, follow-up calls, states of use, satisfaction surveys and training (if necessary) of the accounts in your charge.
- Immediately solve the requirements presented by advertisers in customer service.
- Address customer concerns, regarding the management of the portal (web) and through the own system, with the aim of effectively satisfying the needs presented by each client.
- Make appointments for inductions and re-inductions to the system through the means available to our clients so that the use of the tool is effective.
- Support events in the Key Accounts area.
- Responsible for all customer service channels: Calls, Email and Chat.
