Responsible for the Company’s financial records, payroll, online banking, and financial performance reporting. Ensuring an environment of tight financial control and delivery of the Company’s financial strategy, in alignment with the overall vision and strategy. This role has overall management responsibility for all services relating to finance, including, but not limited to the management of:

• To provide an accurate and timely financial service including setting and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, cash flow analysis, management, and financial accounts and advice and support to inform decision making at all levels.
• Maintenance of comprehensive records of all the fixed assets of the company.
• Maintenance and revision of all financial transactions in the financial systems.
• Controls and risks to prevent errors and fraud.
• To ensure that the Head of Finace and Operations are appraised of key financial issues that need to be discussed with the Management Team to enable them to fully understand the financial position of the company/restaurant  
• To manage the annual audit process in conjunction with the appointed auditors to ensure statutory accounts are produced within the required deadlines (whenever needed). To implement and assist in the development, review and maintenance of organizational policies and strategy
• Reporting of timely, accurate and compliant financial performance information for both management and statutory requirements including VAT
• Monthly P and L report. 
• To work with the team to develop finance policies and procedures and ensure that these are being consistently followed – including customer and supplier contracts, purchase orders, credit control, and ensuring timely invoicing by suppliers
• To ensure that budgets and management accounts accurately reflect the business activity, that accruals and other adjustments are being made correctly, that variances from budget and other issues are investigated and resolved.
• Accountable for management of the annual audit process, risk assessment and preparation and overview of all contracts orf the restaurant

• Proficient in MS Office especially Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of QuickBooks, SAPAAD,Online Banking and Oracle is a plus
• Above average leadership and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented and result-oriented

Education:

Bachelor’s/College Degree – Graduate of BS Accountancy (preferably CPA)

Extensive knowledge in accounting, minimum 5 years of progressive work experience in the same capacity finance/audit work experience gained from an F&B industry
