Job Key Details:
- The incumbent will maintain proper data of signed delivery notes
- Handle any grievance of drivers
- The jobholder will also prepare all import and export GCC documentation
- In charge of assigning vehicles for each cargo and route. He / she will thereafter inform the team about the movement of the cargo
- Report any issues for immediate resolution
- The Logistics Executive will also work closely with other divisions
Job Qualifications and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Logistics Executive job role should hold relevant skills, qualifications and experience
- The applicant should have extensive knowledge of the Middle East
- Comprehensive understanding and knowledge about Freight Charges
- Keen attention to details
- Extensive knowledge of Land shipping
- Knowledge in ERP tools is mandatory for all applicants
- Good regulatory / statutory knowledge of freight transportation
- Excellent documentation skills
- Good supervisory skills
- Experience in assessing vehicle Load abilities
