Job Description:
We are looking for Shift Planning Personnel for our staff of approximately 1000 and our increasing number of personnel. According to the opening and closing hours of the member businesses we serve and the intensity of the package distribution hours;
- Determining the shifts of the personnel,
- To update the shift table in cases such as resignation, report, leave of the personnel,
- Organizing and following the weekly leaves of the personnel,
- To ensure coordination between the customer and the field team,
Requirements:
- At least high school graduate
- Able to use MS Office programs well,
- Advanced knowledge of Excel,
- prone to teamwork,
- organizational ability,
