Job Description:
Analyze, review, record and schedule correct and timely payment of operations to suppliers.
As well as: Reception of invoices, validation of tax requirements, compliance with the internal process of payment to suppliers, entry into the Oracle system, attention to suppliers and internal customers, payment programming according to processes and policies, resolution of incidents, elaboration and analysis of seniority of weekly Suppliers, purging of accounts, elaboration and analysis of reports in general of the area, accounting closing process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Administration
- Two years of experience in the area, information capture, balance and/or bank reconciliations, handling of high volume of information.
- Knowledge of basic ERP, preferably Oracle, excel at a medium level (pivot tables, databases, filters, formulas)
