THE POSITION
Assitant to General Manager will be directly reporting to the Boehringer Ingelheim General Manager/Head of Human Pharma GulfIP in Dubai.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manages planning and execution of communication and logistics organization of internal & external meetings and consults on compliance.
- Project Management.
- Creation and implementation of process related tools and platforms.
- Payment Management.
- Compliance expert.
- Local crisis management.
- Systems Management for audit readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Similar work experience in a multinational environment. Work experience in pharma industry is an advantage.
- Experience in project and event management.
- Experience in operational planning.
- Ability to balance an understanding of the business and employee needs.
- Flexibility and agility required to manage and support constant changes in the organization and need for continuous improvements.
- Passion for Communications with good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Planning, organizational and time management skills.
- High social skills and leadership competencies.
- Multitasking and being able to coordinate between different functions and businesses.
- Decision making. Result orientation. Creativity. Commitment. Open mindedness. Dynamic attitude.
- Excellent language skills in English and preferably Arabic, or French or Turkish.
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office and an open mind to on-line tools in general.
