Job Information:
- Follow all the accounting and classification of accounting documents while respecting the company’s accounting archiving procedure.
- Proceed with accounting allocations.
- Maintain the various accounting statements, auxiliary journals, General ledger, balance, etc.
- Checkout monitoring,
- Establish manual bank reconciliations
- Analyze the accounts and participate in year-end and balance sheet work.
- Supervise all financial, accounting, management, treasury, tax and financial communication functions;
- Monitor the cash flow situation;
- Report all major financial implications concerning his tasks and inform his hierarchical superior,
- Design and organize expenditure control systems;
Job Requirements:
- Participate in the various physical inventories of the company’s assets
- Perform the various tasks assigned to him and others if necessary (through his hierarchical superior).
- Preparation of financial statements (fiscal and parafiscal balance sheet)
- Establishment of operating files with the various financial institutions
- Monitoring of purchasing costs
- Import tracking
- Payroll verification
