Job Information:
- Core of the function Carrying out reception tasks.
- Operation of the telephone by receiving and forwarding calls as well as by providing information.
- If desired, write down messages and pass them on to the people involved.
- Establishing telephone connections on request.
- Receives visitors and customers and reports their arrival to those affected.
- Responsible for accepting orders and deliveries.
- Distributes the incoming. Post and prepare the outgoing mail for dispatch if necessary.
- Manages the reservations for the different rooms.
- Orders office supplies and takes care of other orders.
