Hiring a Sales Manager for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute a strategic business plan to expand the company’s corporate client list.
- Provide feedback to the General Manager in changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering and understanding their needs.
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the management.
- Manage sales teams to achieve pre-determined operational targets by providing and analysing business plans to meet operation targets determined by the management.
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Monitor and evaluate the sales team performance to ensure that the specific portfolios of business performances are met by taking corrective action in conjunction with the management, whenever required.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder.
- A minimum of 3-years experience in a relevant field.
- Excellent management, negotiation, listening and verbal, and written communication skills.
- Meet project goals, budgets, timelines.
- Successful proven track record in a sales role and presentation skills.
