Job Information:
Your responsibilities as a Debtor Information Officer will be:
- Telephone information to customers about their debts and possible repayment scenarios
- Settlement of financial outstanding issues and settlement of installments
- Enter data and information of communication with the customer in the system
Job Requirements:
- University degree desirable
- Previous service 1-2 years in a similar position, preferably in a law firm or collection company
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Very good use of PC
