DESCRIPTION
- Help the Executive Housekeeper plan manpower requirements to achieve an efficient usage of labor, considering business needs and seasonal trends.
- Assist with the management of the entire housekeeping, public area and laundry functions of the hotel.
- Coach and guide new members of the team, putting in place proper orientation training and ongoing training and development for team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum 02 year experience in similar role in Luxury Resorts and Hotels
- Middle East experience is an advantage
- Degree holder in hotel management is required
Additional Information
Able to relocate in a remote place.
