Hiring an IT Support Technician for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of a computer and network systems.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization.
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly.
- Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components.
- Software Application support.
- Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices.
- Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma holder in Computer Science or relevant field.
- Three to five years experience in IT Support field.
- Good command in English both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
